Accidentally landed with baby mollies. 1/7 survived. He/she is a week today. When can it go in the main tank which had neons and momma molly. Approximately how old?

Whenever it's bigger than any fish in the tank's mouth

I kind of figured that but wasn't sure exactly what size that is. I had to majorly restructure tanks and have a divider in a tank to keep my betta and angel from killing each other. Basically had to give the betta tank to the babies

I see. Well usually, live bearer's mouths are pretty small, but if you plan on keeping the Betta in the tank, you will have to wait longer. Put the babies in at about 1 month. I'm not sure about the exact size they are then, but that time frame usually works for me. Also, if the adult fish are well fed, they will seldom go after fry. Hope this helps!
