Introducin fry

I was wondering how to introduce the fry that I have back into the main tank? I know that they are large enough, but I've searched that the adult should be placed in the fry tank instead of putting the fry in with the adults? Which way is better?

Well the fry are frigile when they are so yong but if u want to move them try to catch them with a jar or somthin other than a net cause u could easily smash them

Before you move them make sure that

They are big enough not o be lunch
They are fast enough to swim and hide if picked on
They are large enough to compete for food


Once they can do all of those things i would say they are able to do those things you can treat them like new fish from the store ( put them in a store bag/ a large container and slowly add the adult tank water to the container)

To introduce fry feed the fish first . So they won't be picked on
