I have 7 zebra danios and i find that a couple are more voracius eaters than a few of the others , so they get a lot more food and end up with very rounded bellies...especially if i feed them brine shrimp. So I'd bet they are not pregnant...but you never know.

I have 5 zebra danios and one seemed to have a larger belly than the rest. It is 6 months later and I beleive this danio has a tumor because its belly has gotten very big and does not decrease size even if they do not eat for a day. Everyone else gets the same amount of food and have normaly bellies. However, there are many things that could lead your danio to having a large belly. Sometimes there is an infection, or possibly another sort of disease. So just keep an eye on this fish and look for anything suspicious. if her rounded belly goes away after like a week or so, it means she laid her eggies. it also depends how "rounded" it is and where.

normally, if pregnant, the rounded belly will only last a few days... maybe try feeding it a peeled pea since it could be constipated. Just nuke the pea for 30 seconds, peal it and then let it cool before you feed the danio.
