Some livebearers can 'store sperm' for over 6 months and have 'drops' for up to 6 months after being with a male.This is a survival technique as often males are very hard on each other..
Looks pregnant to me ,but could just be getting fat..Gestation is 23-27 days in most cases so you should know for sure within 2 weeks IMO.
