Is this shrimp pregnant?

Do u mean pregnant? If so, shrimp are egg layers, they tend to be full up with eggs and will lay them and then ul get babies. So ul see it full up with eggs, not carrying young ones.
 
No. Shrimp will become what we call "berried" when they are going to reproduce. what you have there it looks like to me is a shrimp who ate some darkly colored food.

FWIW, I wouldn't pull the shrimp out of the water like that. FW Shrimp can sensitive to air... it is best to try and keep them submerged, even when transferring them.
