jewel fry mortality

my jewels had babies again, about 200
only 10 remained from the original batch and were getting pretty big, but i was in new york and missed the new eggs being laid and hatched, as as jewels do they ate the babies in the tank, so i have a new batch, but like my original batch about 80% died after day 3/4 and im left with 20-15 fish now
this happened ont he first batch too

BrianNY has started an aquarium
It's always more difficult to raise fry than to have fish spawn gohabs. Fry are so fragile that minute changes in their environment can be fatal. To maximize fry survival you really need the room (in gallons), and the time to keep the tank conditions (pwcs), pristene.
