krib fry

I have 13 krib fry that are 3 weeks old and growing. Should I put them into a nursery tank and let them grow there before I re-home them to friends or should I leave them where they are with their parents?

In my opinion, if you want to ensure their survival, I would put them in their own grow-out tank.

Congrats!!

Aquariums are like jello - there's always room for more.

Yes move them with Kribs the larger they get the more the parents feel they are moving in on there terratorie and will start killing them off. Even if there not showing any signs of aggrasion now. At night they will. I pull all my krib frys on the 3rd day of swimming with the parents around the tank.

A really easy way to get them. Is to wait til they are schooled up. Get your gravel vacum remaove the base and use the wholes to suk them up. I just get the water started get right above them and suck them out.
