Lemon Tetra Surprise! - Aquarium Advice

I was watching the tank this evening, and to my surprise I saw a little baby lemon tetra!

It's actually about 1cm long, so it must have been in there a while. I have been trying to get a pic but it doesn't like to come out where I can get a good shot yet.
