Molly fry
Newest additions to the household, 7 molly fry. They are so cute. Two were attacked before I could get them out of the tank and into the fry tank but 7 were saved!

I bet you had more than two frys get attacked by the other fish, you probably just missed them. Usually livebearers will have lots of babbies. Mine had about 30 the first time, and then had 60 the next time, and I don't even know if any became someone's snack before the count.
They are quite neat though. I'm lucky to have a fish store in the area who will gladly take them when they are big enough to sell, and give me credit for them. I've even seen people walking out of the store with my fish, so they seem to be selling well there. |
