My Cory cats layed eggs within the last 36 hours and I would like to keep the survival rate as high as possible for the eggs. so the hard part is my corys are in a 125 gallon turtle tank with a few tetras and one turtle and I'm not sure if I should try to take the eggs out and put them in a separate container with a airstone and heater or put Sponge over the filter intakes and add plants I just don't really know what I'm doing and would like any advice you have to offer

Congrats, this is always exciting.
I would definitely separate the eggs. If setting up another tank is not an option take a look at Marina breeder box - hangs on your aquarium, doesn't need separate filtration easier to feed the fry with BBS later on.

what I have done is
scrape eggs off glass with razor
place in a Dip and Pour with two drops Meth Blue
add air stone
Once wigglers, use small cup to cycle out about two cups a day with fresh Dechlor. water for a couple days.
when free swimming feed BBS or Micrworms
Continue to cycle out container everday (about two cups)
