My first lot of eggs

So I decided to see if my my male bristlenose was going to eat tonight and ended up finding eggs. This is my first time what should I do and what should I get ready. Is it ok to still do water changes etc. so excited right now

they will be fine and yes u can do water changes. it will be a week before they hatch. then the dad will care for them . after about 3 to 4 days feed the babies frozen baby brine shrimp then after 2 weeks i blend flake food and green beans and algea wafers and feed 3 times a day

Well I have wrigglers already only found the eggs a couple of days ago and only got the parents a week ago everything is awesome
