My molly is about to give fry

So my Dalmation shows up today big and square all of a sudden like I have not even noticed her getting bigger right at the tail end of my tank having ich. Question is, if I let nature run its course for the most part and net a few of them and move them into my 10g fry tank what are the chances of ich going with them?

Not much I think they would be fine add aquarium salt it will help get rid of itch and condition her to lay out the babies faster
