Mystery eggs???

I round this batch of eggs in a jelly like pouch in my elodea plant in my aquarium I don't know what they are from can you'll I'd them? You have to look real closely in the pic they are in the middle of the stem.
I have
Guppies
Neon tetras
Emerald green cory cats
Ghost shrimp

The reason I discarded snails was because the eggs were in the water and not above water line
