New to babys

I got a baby rainbow...its about half an inch long by itself in rcs tank...it eats from the top and looks great. When can I put it in with other fish

Since it's a rcs tank I'm assuming it's not very big. I'm pretty sure rainbows need to be in school and at least a tank about 30+ gallons ?

Lil fish came from a 55 gallon tank. Was hatch in the 10g after I moved some water sprite over to the 10 g. I have a 20 g with 6 rasboras, 1 glow fish, 1 swordtail, and 1 albino brissel nose long fin pleco and glass cats with a colony of qhost shrimp... will he be ok in that tank?
The 55 has 8 rainbows 8 rummy nose tetras 3 corys 3 amano shrimp and 6 ottos.
