This may seem like a silly question but my knowledge on this side of things is pretty limited.
One of my firemouths has a white tube coming from (what I think is it's rectum) at first I thought that a might having been overfeeding dry pellets and that it my have been a prolapsed rectum/anus.
Now I have been reading about and ovipositor that shows when breeding is close.
What's the difference in how they look or are they completely different and easy to tell?
