Is my female platy preggo, if so when's she do?? Also, one of my males is EXTREMELY protective of her. I've isolated her just in case.

She will be a while yet I think, days. Just before she pops she'll stop being rounded and become squared at the back. She's possibly stop eating and will likely lay on the ground (the right way up) not moving very much.

Okay thanks. So is it too early to have herein the breeder box? Should I take her out?

Somebody just had more fry in my tank. I don't know which is having the fry. What do I do? I don't think its the platy. They look more like mollies. But I have 2 female mollies and they're both fat. What do I do?

Depends on what capability you have to do with them. If you can get another tank, then try to save them, if you can sell them, try to save them, if not? You are probably better off letting the adults eat them. :(
