Are you sure it's a female? It's hard to tell in your pic. Here's a good example of the difference- female is on top, male on bottom.

If it is a female, she most likely is pregnant. Female livebearers are usually pregnant from being in the store with males.

This would be the second time she was pregnant, she had kids weeks ago

They can hold sperm for weeks or even months. She is probably developing her second batch.
