Pregnant Neon?

Is the larger neon in the background pregnant or ill?

Without having a closer up pic, I'd say the fish in the back ( behind the rock) is gravid ( not pregnant See sticky thread " Is my fish pregnant? ) but the fish top center of the pic has an unusual shape and may be having other issues. You might want to isolate in a separate tank to make sure that it is eliminating food ( a.k.a Pooping. ) to rule out bloat.
