Pregnant or sick?

If she's being kept with males, she is pregnant. If she was a decent size when you bought her from the pet store, she is also pregnant. She doesn't look bloated to me, mollies and guppies tend to be able to eat enough that their bellies look bigger though. I'd say she's just pregnant with a huge amount of fry.

How long do you figure until birth?

Not long, she's gargantuan! Just look at her contour and if her stomach area isn't smooth but more straight lines and box-like, she is within 1-2 days of giving birth. Also look for a small bump or tube near the back of her stomach, that's another sign of birth.
