It is a bowl. Every. Single. Day. Until she drops then immediately move her to the big tank. Change about half the water each day. With fry, 50% every other day.

Hopefully after Tuesday as a brought a fish last week same day she moved out and it died yesterday severe fin rot took over crazy quick. I noticed a fee other fish starting signs so I've treated the tank so don't want to reintroduce her till I know the others are ok

I'm going one Tuesday so I can add more antibiotic in the tank and I've put salt. I didnt realise i had to take carnon out of filter so hoping my treatment still worked. We gave the pregnant one a small dose of antibiotic just in case she was exposed to whatever this guy had.

She is playing at the bottom of the bottle like she is a race or at a party or something is that a sign of anything?

She is stressed and may be ill. Watch her closely for respiratory distress.

I hope she wasn't stressed not sure why she would of been no one disturbs her. I've just done my morning check and she is back to her normal self.. swimming contently she has had her feed and ate. I guess the darkness of the night calmed her down

I don't think it would be any more than an hour but when I kept platys I had all males to avoid having fry. But anything more than an hour I'd worry something was wrong (feel free for any breeders to correct me- I may be wrong).

She should be done in an hour, correct. May be that she already dropped most of them.
