Can't tell for sure by this pic HOWEVER, based on the position it is swimming in, the association with the other fish, the fact that she is not being picked on (or picked at) in the pic, I would have to say that she is just gravid and not to worry. You may wake up one day and find her skinny again because she had either released her eggs or absorbed them. Ether way, not to worry. ;)
If you do want to purposely breed them, PM me because the process is a little complicated and you need to turn off the lights for a number of days. The fry require microscopic foods for the first week or 2 and can be a tough fish to raise. :facepalm:
