I have had a few tiger barbs for a couple months now in a community tank and I am pretty positive one is a female and that one has gotten huge in the last few days. Its belly has gotting very large and I am gonna see if I can get some fry out of her if she really is pregnant. So I moved her to a breeding tank I put together. I have never bred any before so I am wondering what exactly I should do to make this all happen and what her surroundings in the breeding tank should be like. How long should I have her and the male seperated for? How long should I keep them 2 in the breeding tank ? ... things like that.

Tiger Barbs are egg layers, not live bearers.
She's likely just got a load of eggs ready to drop.
There are lots of articles on line on breeding Barbs, they're one of the easiest egg layers to breed.

You've got a good start with setting up a breeding tank.
Did you notice if she has paired off with a particular male?
You'll need to put him in the tank with her while you prepare the breeding time table.

Do you research and good luck.
