Ok we'll my ramshorns mated an the eggs hatched and I know the babies are not born with a shell. So I was wondering could they survive if they were sucked up into my filer. It's a aqua clear 300 sponge filter. So basically I was wondering could they survive and how long do you think it would be until I would notice the baby snails.

Give it about a week! Sometimes I don't see mine for a good while! They are good at hiding and they are microscopic! When I see an egg clutch is empty I will check later in the week right when I turn on the light I see tiny specks on the glass. With a sponge filter there is a much better chance they will survive and if you have a filter with a siphon you can buy or make a pre-filter for it to help your chances! Hope that's somewhat helpful 8D
