Red danio pregnant??

Hey everyone i have just noticed my female danio is looking a little bigger then usual could she be pregnant? It is just her and 1 male Click image for larger version

No, as an egglayer, Danios can not be pregnant. Based on your pictures, she just looks like she ate something however, she might also be filling up with eggs. The way to make sure she isn't getting constipated, make sure you see her eating at every mealtime and that she is having eliminations. When a fish gets constipated or bloated, usually they become listless and stop eating. When gravid ( the proper term for carrying eggs) you will see the fish get rounded semetricly around the abdomen.
