Shrimp and fry?

No. I keep RCS in all my fry tanks and have never had them eat live fry, although they will scavenge ones that are already dead.

As long as you stay in the dwarf shrimp family you shouldn't encounter any problems with that. I've heard ghost shrimp will try to occasionally, and definitely avoid crayfish with fry as well.
 
I have RCS and Ghost Shrimps and all I can say is your fry would be safe with RCS, with ghost shrimps its a no, I saw mine chasing fries..
 
There are many shrimp sold as ghost shrimp. Some are small like rc shrimp and others are large like crayfish so it pays to ask for the scientific name.
 
I had a about 45 fry in a tank those numbers dropped either due to my trumpet snail or my 2 ghost shrimp.
There are 3 left I will add that they are danio fry about as thin as n eyelash

I have trumpet snails and they dont even disturb fry..
 
Yeah i read that ghost shrimp will try to eat fry when the fry are young
