Small baby mollies

So around 5-6 weeks ago now my molly had around 20 fry and their all doing well except 2 look like they havnt really grown and look around a 1/3 or the size of the rest, just wondering how this could happen and if they'll grow to befall sized...

Runts? Not getting as much food? Being bullied by the bigger fish? Could be one of many things.

I have 1 guppy fry that is so the same way. He seems to eat well and the other fish don't pick on him, but the little one stays small. I think he/she is a runt, but I can't be sure. I hope they grow.
