I have a small female krib whose belly is swollen and very red. Does this mean she has eggs? Also, of the three kribs I have, I thought I had a male and 2 females. The more I look at them I think I have 2 males and a female. What sort of trouble am I looking at and what should I do?

If your krib is eating and behaving normally it probably is egg laden. Any sign of aggression between the 2 males? Has a male staked his claim on the female yet? What size tank and what other fish are in there?

The best thing to do is remove a pair to their own tank. If you can't do that, and you can't remove the other male, try providing a place to spawn on both sides of the tank. A clay flower pot on it's side works well. The reason for two is that other male is going to need a place for cover.
