my pineapple swordtail gave birth today she was in the 50g and started popping and i think she only had a couple that i think got eaten then i moved her to the 25g to give birth i can only see like 3-4 fry and i was wondering when i should start feeding them crushed flakes?

btw the female is out of the tank now only fry

I would feed them crushed flakes very sparingly. They are so small, and so are their stomachs! You can start feeding whenever. I usually fed mine the same time I fed my main tanks (morning and night).

I also found that a small shrimp pellet added would create a small frenzy of fry around it. Its worth a shot!
