Texas Cichlid fry

Hi, I have a pair of Texas Cichlids breeding in my 180 [acronym:cdf38814db="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:cdf38814db]. community tank. I have pulled the two previous culches and the third are starting to swim. What can I do with the babies? I know several [acronym:cdf38814db="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:cdf38814db] that will take 10 to 20 at a time. Any advise on selling and or shipping?

laid eggs inside a large sunken ship then moved fry into ships rudder.

If you have leftovers after selling to the LFSes, try Aquabid, perhaps...or this site's classifieds (as well as many other fish board classifieds out there).

This is the downside to spawning certain species. I think Texas Cichlids are very cool fish, but few people have either the desire or room to keep them.

You try setting up a grow out tank (and [acronym:470f11a9d4="Malaysian Trumpet Snails or Multiple Tank Syndrome, depending on context"]MTS[/acronym:470f11a9d4] arrives again), or you could just let nature take its course and have a supply of feeder fish in the tank. Maybe not what you want to hear but disposing of hundreds of these fish will be a problem.
