Alright, so if I have sexed my 5 tiger barbs correctly, i have two males and three females. The males are thinner, have brighter colors, and have bright red on their noses/ face. The females are a little duller, have no red on their face, and are very rounded.

My tigers are usually pretty "peaceful". I mean, yeah, they chase each other around but usually I dont really see much actual fighting. The last week or so, though, the two are constantly "kissing" and head butting each other, and when they school, the males are constantly rubbing themselves against the females.

Have my fish gone psycho, or is this spawning behavior?

Sounds like what my TigerBarbs are going through ... it's tough to tell with TB's since they are also constantly challenging each other for dominance of the shoal. My males go nose to nose ... tightly circle each other for high man on the totem pole ... then they'll rub up against the females.
