What does spawning behavior look like?
About mid-day everyday my Lemon Tetras start acting really silly. Some of the ones doing the chasing actually turn from yellow to a beautiful grey blue color. Not sick or white looking like when they are stressed.
They kind of hug close to the other fish and get near a bushy plant that I have at the bottom of the tank. They also swim around the tank almost frantically after some of the other fish. I can't tell the difference between my male Lemon tetras and my females even though they are mature. Does anyone have a link to a video of spawning behavior? Or could you describe what they do? Thank you |
