okay so my molly has been pregnant for about a little over a month. she has been square for almost 2 weeks now but still she is showing no signs of her going to give birth. i am very impatient but when is the approximate time that they will give birth after they become square??? this is a picture of her about a week and a half ago.

You need to leave her be and do not interrupt. Moving mollies close to term will cause still born babies or premature births. They can, as other livebearers can as well, go well beyond the 30 days or so that literature states. I have seen mollies go to the 45-60 day mark more than once. Also, isolating mollies in small breeding traps or nets will cause problems as well. Just be patient, it is that simple. Bill
