white clouds - Aquarium Advice

can anybody tell me the best/easiest way to sex a white cloud?

i found my females were fatter, but i don't k now if this is the best way.

When healthy and well fed the females will be noticably fatter with a white belly. Males won't be fat

I spawned them in a 2 gal tank with a heater and java moss, no filtration. Not the best way, but I did raise 3 fry.
