Why'd my convicts divorce eachother?

Seems like she kept the house and the kids and he got the car lol.
All jokes aside the momma kicks the dad out the cave and is rude about it infront of the fry. So for the past 2 days he has made his home a sunken dual Betta keeper i buried under some Rick and gravel. I noticed yesterday he has about 20 or more babies with him tho.


Is this how they teach their young or did they split up for some reason and the fry are confused.

Lol these responses are funny.

He takes his fry around the tank, shows them how to move sand and gravel now he is by my filter intake and it's making me nervous. I don't know if he is making them aware of the dangers or if he is trying to get them sucked up.

I never had a pair that did this.


The momma won't leave the cave with the fry she kept she comes to the opening lets them venture off infront of the cave but that's it.
