Would this work as a tank for guppy fry?

I was thinking of using this Acrylic Fish Bagger for a fry tank. It seems like a reasonable size, and I could actually hang it in my 10gal and skip buying another heater. Would this work? The only dilema would be a filter, but I think I could use a sponge filter. If not, any tank/setup suggestions?

Look for a breeding net. It's exactly the same idea, but it has mesh sides to allow water flow.

Alternatively, you can float a plastic jar. I use ones that nuts come in to float my betta in a bigger tank.
