WOW Yellow Lab Fry

Just found two Yellow lab fry while doing a water change, got so excited and distracted i didnt realize nearly half the water had been siphoned out of the tank. Got them in a seclusion net now. What is the best food for yellow lab fry? I have tropical first bites for my swordtail fry, is that ok?

I recently had a batch of kenyi, acei, red zebra, and peacock fry (all within a week too)... I've been crushing up the same NLS cichlid formula that I feed the big fish in to a powder.

I do the same as mfdrookie. After a week or two I switch to NLS 'Grow'.
