Almost all female livebearers that you buy are already pregnant, so I'd say yes.

Yeah I know she isn't close. I've been watching her and it's slowly getting larger and swelling more. I tried to be really suss in getting a pregnant one that in the end I wasn't sure if she was or not. Most of the platys at the lfs were male. Although they had some cool bright orange ones. Hoping to get a mixed breed between the orange and my male and sell the living fry back to the lfs.
