Hey, do you have to have a certain number of posts to be able to comment on pictures in people's galleries? Because I am not able to comment on any pictures.

No, your post count has nothing to do with it. Are you sure you're logged in?
There have been some upgrades to the gallery lately. Maybe for a short amount of time, the comment or rating option was "down".

I'm glad the issue was brought up. I have visited some galleries that don't have the rating option available to me either. It almost appears like every other one or two. I'm gonna go back to them and see what happens. I'll post specifics if any.

Yea I am logged in. I wanted to post a reply to something someone said in my gallery. Then I went and looked at that persons gallery and I could not post in their gallery either.
