I sent BRS an email and they fixed mine

In glad you mentioned that cuz I just realized I need to email them as to why I didn't get mine lol.

This was their reply:


"It looks like you most likely didn't receive the 10x rewards points
was due to your group buy status at the time of purchase. Group buys aren't
combinable with promotions, the group buy prices are pretty similar to the
10x rewards points. 10x rewards is pretty much just 10% off but it is earned
as rewards points, with group buy, depending on the item, it's 10% off the
item."

They said they will credit me the points but in the future discounts & promos don't combine with group buys.

That is pretty awesome of them. I understand their point about not combining it, but it is cool that this time around they are honoring it.
