Cannot view Private Messages?

Why am I not able to view private messages??

You must be logged in when trying. Are you using the app or a browser?

Can you be a bit more specific? What is the issue you are having with private messages? Are you on a mobile device using an app or are you using a web browser?

There is a link in the top right if you are on a regular web browser that says "private messages". You can access the PM system there. If you are on an app, there is a tab at the bottom that says private messages.

This probably isn't the case, but sometimes when I get a PM and hit "cancel", I can't hit the Private Message button in the top-right corner of the screen. I have to visit a different screen, then I can access it.

I'm using an app on my phone and when I hit the envelope at the bottom of screen I get the message I can't access my messages
