Chat room now available
We now have a chat room on IRC. I have been trying to figure out if there is interest in a chat night and if so what night and what time. I will be putting up a poll in "The Lounge" forum asking this very question. The chat room is accessible from the main page by clicking on the chat link in the Nav menu or by clicking on CHAT at the top nav bar on any page. To participate in the chat you must be logged in to the site. Your username will automaticly be used for the IRC chat unless the username is already taken on the chat server. If you use a common name like "Scott" or "Aaron" for your username on this site then you will probably end up with a GUEST username on chat. If this happens we can instruct you how to pick another chat name.
To access the chat you click on the Chat link and click YES when your prompted about the "jPilot IRC applet". This applet is safe as it is the IRC chat program. After this has loaded then you need to pick the chat room. The default room #aquariumadvice is our room. There are three other rooms you can pick from. I am usually in one of these rooms almost every night of the week. If your accessing chat via a standard IRC client like mIRC you can connect to the following server:
Look forward to seeing you all there.
