I wanted to let everyone know that wen have had an update to our Community Rules. Please take a moment to read through them.
AA is a wonderful community of folks who share an interest in fish-keeping and are here to exchange information with others who share a similar interest.
Recently we have had a substantial increase in threads being hijacked with off-topic posts, rude posts, gossip and posts that contain information that might be harmful to an eco-system. Not surprisingly a rise in these kinds of posts has caused some discord and moderators are finding themselves stepping in all too frequently. To that end we would like to remind you that our forum rules extend to all section of the board. This includes chat, PMs and galleries. Please think before you post and make sure that your post is relevant to the topic and collegial.
Please help us keep Aquarium Advice a friendly community where those with fish-keeping questions can find excellent advice and where discussions are respectful and on topic. If you see a post that is a problem or have an issue with another member please either use the report post button to notify a moderator or send a PM but do not try to address the issue yourself.
Let's work to reduce the the level of rancor in discussions and return to the reason that we all registered here once; great posting by caring members.
