Does the forum accept animated gifs for avatars?

I was wondering, because I've seen it on other forums, and I tried to get it on here, but it just shows it as a picture.

Hmm, then what am I doing wrong? I got the gif down to like 19kb (the limit) and it is like 80x57. I guess one thing I didn't try is uploading it onto an external server (maybe flickr) and then doing it that way.
hmmm

Thanks, I guess the estimate on photoshop was wrong, and when you saved the file, the size went from 18.6 to 19.6 kb.. All that work over .1 kb lol.

I had to lower it to 14.4 kb because for some reason it added another kb on after saving lol.. Maybe I should sacrifice some frames for better quality?
