Error messages when trying to enter chat

I have been experiencing difficulties getting into the chat room on my laptop. I will click "enter chat room," it brings me to the chat page, and then I get this:

I click, and this pops up:

I hit "details" and get this: (you'll probably have to expand the image)

I have gotten this every single time I try to go on to chat on my laptop. Why is this?

Clear cookies and try. If that doesn't work download a new version of java and install.

And when installing a new version off Java remove the old one. Java updates do not overwrite, you can run multiple versions at once.
