how do i get rid of the topics i have on my view list

sorry, i meant my watched posts, i dont want to watch them anymore.

Go to the particular post (all your watch posts can be found on the forum page or the home page), go to the bottom of the thread, and on the left side there is a link to Stop Watching this Topic, click it, and it will remove your subscription to the post. The same link should also be available in the email that is sent to you about your watched topics.
