How do you post a poll?

Hi, what is the best way to insert a poll into a post?

Go to the forum you want to post in. Click on "New Thread". A screen will come up for you to post your question. If you scroll all the way down you`ll see an area asking you if you want to insert a poll question. You should be good to go if not Let me know.

This is were I'm stuck, after I click the box I can't input the poll questions.

It lets you... I don't remember if you have to his post or what, but once you continue, it prompts you for the poll question and options
