How to resize photos?

How do you get a pic re sized for posting??? All my pics happen to be a cple of kb's too big.

As far as I know when uploading the pictures they automatically resize. Granted I haven't tried uploading any huge files but I have uploaded some larger ones. If that doesn't work you can resize photos a number of ways. Here is a link on how to resize in XP.

There are also tonnes of online resources where you upload your photo, choose what size you'd like to resize it to. And the resized/cropped photo is then available for you to re-download back to your computer.
