Inbox

When every I go to my inbox it says:

Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 196 messages stored, of a total 50 allowed. (Empty Folder)

I have hit empty several times and it did nothing.

The messages are probably in your sent items folder. If you click the drop down at the top of the pm page, you can switch to the sent items folder. If you click empty then, it should clear those messages out.
