There is a donate button underneath the person's avatar.

Use the donate button under the number of their kudos. The kudos system is a great way to thank others.

There are two methods. If you are in a thread and the member you wish to donate to has posted, go to their profile on the left and click the donate button at the bottom.
You can also click the same button under your name, clear your name and place the member's name that you want to donate to in the box. If you are not sure of the name, there is a search feature.
Enter the number of kudos you wish to donate and click submit.
