Making a thread a sticky

Is there any way we can make this thread a sticky in the FW invertebrates forum? There's one for tanks but not the actual shrimp.

I believe only moderators can make sticky's, otherwise the forum would be a big unorganized mess ,

We try to keep stickies at a minimum. Most people don't even read them. IIRC, you have to actually browse stickies to see them on the app, which is where a large portion of members reside.
